The first thing to ensure is that you are using the correct address of the house. We are using Google Maps as our map provider so it is unlikely that a correct address is not properly located.
In the unlikely event when the pin on the map remains in a wrong location. You can either move the the pin manually by dragging it across the map. Your other option is to enter exact GPS coordinates in the address field when editing the map.
Our search functionality is looking for a combination of selected items. For example if you enter the tour address and the agent, only tours under this address and the chosen listing agent will be shown.
When entering an address, our system will compare entered information with the tour full address. It can happen that your address will contain characters that may cause the search to return nothing. We suggest manually entering street names for best results.
This is common. Most likely the email address that the agent used to create an account is incorrect. Please double check with the agent that they are using the same email as the email you used to create their profile.

In the first step you need to ensure that you are using the correct email address for the agent. Most common mistake include typos or using an old email address.
If you are using the correct email address the second most likely option is that the email ends up in the spam folder. This can be fixed by the agent adding our email address: no-reply@homeontour.com to the Contact List of their email client.

All our subscriptions reference new tours added every month. Every month you will be able to add 10 new tours. If you add less than 10 they will not carry over to the next month.
