Editing a Tour

Open a tour from your dashboard to reach its editor. You can adjust how the tour looks and what it shows; the photographer keeps control of the address, the agent assignment and access settings.

The Assets row holds the tour’s media — Photos, Videos, 3D Tours, Floorplan, Documents and Attachments. Open one to add or remove files or links, then click Save. Accepted file types and size limits are shown in each upload area.

Theme sets the layout buyers see. Click See all themes to browse and pick one.

Toggle which blocks appear on the tour page: Video, Floorplan, Documents, Slideshow, Gallery, 360 Tour, Details, Video Slideshow, Walk Score and Map.

Details (edit icon) holds the listing description and property facts — type, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and so on. Generate description with AI writes a description from the photos; check it before publishing.

Setting What it does
Top Section What buyers see first — a photo, the slideshow, the video or the 3D tour.
Slideshow configuration Animations, thumbnails, autoplay and slide duration.
Music Background track.
Lead Capture Ask visitors for their contact details before viewing.
Open House Show one or more open house dates on the tour.

Whenever you change something — toggle a section, pick a theme, edit a setting — a Save button appears in the bar at the bottom. Click it to apply the changes.

Publish in the same bar is where the tour status lives. The only status you can set yourself is Sold — do it once the property sells and the tour shows a sold badge.

At the bottom of the editor you see the invoices and payments for this tour. If the tour or its downloads are locked, an open invoice here is why — pay it and access opens up.
