Company Details
Company Settings → Company Details is where you white-label HomeOnTour: your name, domains, email addresses, logos and legal links appear on tours, Order Forms, emails and invoices instead of ours.
The page is split into cards. Each card has its own Save button — save a card before moving to the next one.
Company Information
Section titled “Company Information”Company name, website, country and address. These appear in your emails, invoices and the footer of your tours.
Domains
Section titled “Domains”Connect your own domains for tours, the Media Center, Order Forms, the customer platform and sign-in. A green check next to a domain means it is verified and working.
Communication
Section titled “Communication”- Delivery Email — the address your emails are sent from. Click Connect Email to send from your own address instead of the default one.
- Contact Email, Support Email, Contact Phone Number — shown to Agents on tours and in emails.
Legal Information
Section titled “Legal Information”Copyright line, Privacy Policy URL and Terms & Conditions URL shown in the footer of your tours and Order Forms.
Support
Section titled “Support”Turn on Enable Support to show a support link to your customers, and set the Support URL it points to.
Payments & Invoices
Section titled “Payments & Invoices”Company name, phone, email and memo printed on your invoices, plus the Invoice Color used for the invoice header.
Logos & Branding
Section titled “Logos & Branding”Upload a Web Logo, Email Logo and Favicon. Recommended sizes are shown under each upload box.
Photo Settings
Section titled “Photo Settings”- Photo Download Resolutions — the sizes Agents can download photos in from the Media Center. Each row has a name, width and height; click + to add another.
- Preserve original file names during download — keep your file names instead of generated ones.
- Media Sections — tick which sections appear in the Media Center.
