Calendars

A calendar defines when a shoot can be booked: working hours, available days, appointment length, buffers and who is on it. Every order is booked against a calendar. Manage them under Company Settings → Calendars.

You can have several calendars — one per photographer, per region or per service type — each with its own rules.

  1. Go to Calendars and click Add Calendar.

  2. Enter the Calendar Name and pick the Timezone the hours below refer to.

  3. Booking Flexibility — choose how Agents pick a time:

    • Any Time — the agent picks any start time inside your working hours.
    • Time Slots — the agent picks one of the named slots you define (for example morning / afternoon), each with a start and end hour.
  4. Appointment durationFixed (every appointment lasts the duration you enter) or Service based (the length follows the task duration of the products and packages in the order).

  5. Minimum time between appointments — the buffer kept free between two bookings. Minimum scheduling notice — how far in advance an agent must book.

  6. Working hours — the Start hour, End hour and Available Days Agents can book within.

  7. Assigned Team Members — who works on this calendar.

  8. Additional SettingsTime Confirmation (you confirm the final time with the agent before the appointment) and Allow Double Booking (more than one appointment in the same slot).

  9. Click Create Calendar.

Each calendar shows as a card with its booking mode, working hours, available days, assigned team and whether it is Assigned to Order Form. Use the menu on a card to edit or remove it.
