Publishing a Tour
Publish and share
Section titled “Publish and share”Click Publish in the bar at the bottom of the editor to make the tour live. Before it goes live you can send notification emails to the agent, edit the email content, and add additional notes. The status badge at the top changes to Published.
Three links are available at the top of the editor and on each tour card, each with a copy button:
- View Branded — full tour with your and the agent’s branding.
- View Unbranded — same tour without branding or contact details, for MLS listings.
- View Media Center — download page where the agent grabs photos, videos and attachments.
Managing tours
Section titled “Managing tours”The Tours list shows a card per tour with its status (Published, Paid, Unpaid, Partially paid), the agent, and the three view links. Filter by address, agent, date range, or the Sold / Paid / Unpaid checkboxes. Click the address to open the editor; the × in the card corner deletes the tour.
