Orders
An order is a booked shoot: the customer (agent), what they bought, the property address, the appointment slot, and the price. Orders live under Dashboard → Orders.
Where orders come from
Section titled “Where orders come from”- Your Order Form — Agents book and pay online; the order appears in the list automatically. See Order Forms.
- Manually — click Add Order to enter a booking yourself, for example one taken over the phone.
Add an order manually
Section titled “Add an order manually”-
Go to Orders and click Add Order.

Order Information — pick the customer under Assign to Customer, or click Add Customer to create one. Then select the Products and/or Packages for the shoot.

Location Information — enter the property address and choose the Property Size.

Schedule Information — pick a day and time slot.

Turn on the fees that apply — see Fees and price below.

Click Create Order.
Scheduling
Section titled “Scheduling”The schedule section shows a calendar to book against, or — with skill-based booking on — a Choose Service Providers button to assign the Team Members who will do the shoot. Available days appear once the services are selected. Pick a day, then set Start Time and End Time — times are in the calendar’s time zone.
Fees and price
Section titled “Fees and price”Each fee has its own toggle; the fields appear once it is on.
- Include Tax — pick the tax to apply.
- Include Travel Fee — pick one of your travel fees.
- Include Service Fee — enter a Service Fee Name and Service Fee Amount; optionally Apply Tax to Service Fee.
- Adjust Price — change the final total. A positive Adjustment Amount increases the price, a negative one decreases it. The description is optional.
Find your way around
Section titled “Find your way around”The Orders page has three views, switched with the buttons at the top:
- Table — one row per order with order number, location, customer, scheduled slot, assigned Team Members, status, total and creation date. Columns hides or shows columns.
- Calendar — orders by day; click a day to list its orders.
- Map — orders pinned on a map, grouped when zoomed out.
All views share the same filters: order search, From date / To date, and Team Member.
Order details
Section titled “Order details”Click ⋯ at the end of a row and choose Details to open the full order: customer contact details, property location on a map, fees and taxes applied, the order summary with products and intake answers, the appointment slot and time zone, assigned Team Members, and creation / update timestamps.
Order status
Section titled “Order status”Each order has one of four statuses: New, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled. Change it from the dropdown in the Status column, or pick Cancel Order from the ⋯ menu.
Team members
Section titled “Team members”The Members column shows who is assigned to the shoot. Assign people under Team Members.
From order to tour
Section titled “From order to tour”Once the shoot is done, go to Tours → Add Tour and choose Link order to create the tour from this order. See Creating a Tour.
