Packages

A package bundles several products under one name and one price — for example photos + floor plan + video as a “Listing package”. Packages appear on the Order Form next to products. Manage them under Company Settings → Packages.

Add a package

1. Go to Packages and click Add Package.

2. Enter the Package Name and an optional Description. The Discount Label is a short badge shown on the Order Form, such as a percentage off or “Best Value”.

3. Products — tick the products included in the package. Use the search box to filter the list.

4. Media, Intake Questions, Settings (Apply Tax, Task Duration), Exclude Products & Packages, Pricing and Suggested Upsell Products work the same way as for a product — see Products.

5. Click Create Package.

Note

The package price is independent of the prices of the products inside it — set it under Pricing the same way as for a product.

Managing packages

The package list shows photo, name, pricing method and price. Use Columns to show or hide columns and the ⋯ menu on a row to edit or remove a package.
