Creating a Tour

A tour is the property page you deliver to the agent: photos, video, 3D walkthrough, floor plan, documents and listing details, all under one link. Tours live under Dashboard → Tours.

Before you start

Every subscription plan includes a tour allowance. See your current plan, the Tours published this month counter, and the available plans under Account → Subscription (click your avatar in the top-right corner).

Caution

If you see “You have exceeded your current tour allowance” when clicking Add Tour, change your plan under Account → Subscription.

Create the tour

1. Go to Tours and click Add Tour.

2. Choose how to start:

   • Link order — pick one of your orders. The address comes from the order, and the tour shows its Order Number at the top of the editor.
   • Manually enter address — type the property address yourself.

3. Under Tour URL choose Short (a random id) or Long (built from the address).

4. Click Save. The tour editor opens.
