Order Forms

An Order Form is the public booking page for your Agents: they pick products or packages, enter the property address, choose a time and pay. Every completed booking becomes an order. Manage forms under Company Settings → Order Forms.

  1. Go to Order Forms and click Add Order Form.

  2. Enter the Form Title, pick the Country and Currency. Leave Publish Form off while you work on it — a Draft form is not visible to Agents.

  3. Banner Image — upload a custom banner and add optional Custom Banner Text shown over it.

  4. Products & Packages — select what Agents can order on this form.

  5. Scheduling & Service Area — select the Available Calendars and the Service Area the form accepts addresses from. Turn on Limit services/calendars to Photographers in matched Service Area to show Agents only the services and calendars of members assigned to the matched area.

  6. Form Options — turn on what the form should do; see Form options.

  7. Terms of Service — text the agent accepts when placing the order.

  8. Custom Fields — turn on Enable Custom Fields to ask extra questions on every order. Fields work like product intake questions: label, type (input, textarea, select, checkbox, upload), placeholder, input type and Required.

  9. Click Create Form. When it is ready, edit it and turn on Publish Form.

Option What it does
Travel Fee Adds a travel fee to the order — pick which one.
Show Upsells Suggests the upsell products set on each product.
Collect Tax Applies a tax to the order — pick which one.
Service Fee Adds a named fee, taxable or not, only when the cart contains a product that Requires On-Site Resource.
Enable Payments Lets the agent pay online. Payment Option sets what is collected: Pay on Delivery, Pay Deposit or Pay Full.
Enable Invoices Generates an invoice for each order.

Online payments need a connected payment provider — see Payments & Invoicing.

The Form Links column on the Order Forms list gives you the form’s URL to send to Agents or link from your website, and an <iframe> snippet to embed it directly in a page.

The list also shows each form’s status (Published / Draft), how many products and packages it offers, and its calendars. Use the menu on a row to edit or remove a form.
