Media Center

The Media Center is the download hub for one listing. Open it from the View Media Center link on your tour, or from the link in the email your photographer sent. The menu at the top jumps to each section.

Photos

Section titled “Photos”

Every photo of the listing in one place. Switch between Masonry and Ordered layout, hover a photo to download just that one, or click Show more to load the rest.

AI Marketing Kit

Section titled “AI Marketing Kit”

Ready-made social graphics built from your listing photos — Coming Soon, Just Listed and Sold — each with a Download and a Customize button. Customize any photo lets you pick any tour photo and apply AI edits, and Generate with Agent Information stamps your name and contact details on it. AI can make mistakes — check every image before you post it.

  • Branded and Unbranded tour links — see Getting started for the difference.
  • Edit Tour — opens the tour editor, see Editing a Tour.
  • Videos, Video Slideshow (branded and unbranded) and Floorplans, when the photographer added them.

Download all photos

  1. Tick the sizes you need — for example an MLS size, a square social media size or the original print size. The exact sizes are set by your photographer.

  2. Click Generate & Download and wait for the archive to build.

  3. Download the ZIP.

Traffic Analytics

How many people opened the tour: total views, unique visitors, this week versus last week, views per day and per month, which sites sent the traffic, mobile versus desktop, and a heat map of when people look. Click Show more for the full charts.

QR Codes

Section titled “QR Codes”

Download a QR code for the Branded or Unbranded tour to put on print material and signs, plus a Traffic Report to share the numbers above.

Support

Links to the platform tutorials, introduction videos and the photographer’s contact details. Claire, the media guide at the top of the page, answers quick questions about downloading and sharing — double-check anything important.
