Promo codes

Company Settings → Promo Codes holds discount codes Agents can apply when booking through your Order Form.

Add a promo code

1. Go to Promo Codes and click Add Promo Code.

2. Enter the Display Name and the Code the agent will type. Enable Promo Code controls whether it can be used on new orders.

3. Choose the Discount Type — Percentage or Fixed amount — and the Discount Value.

4. Optionally restrict the code:

   • Limit to Specific Customers — only the Agents you pick can use it.
   • Usage Limits — Unlimited, or Limited to a number of uses.
   • Applies To — only selected products and/or packages.
   • Set Validity Period — a date range the code is active in.

5. Click Create Promo Code.

The list shows each code’s status, discount, type, quantity and how many times it has been used. Use the ⋯ menu on a row to edit or remove it.
