Getting started for Agents

Your photographer delivers listings through HomeOnTour. When a tour is ready you get an email with a link; behind it is your account, where every tour made for you lives — photos, video, floor plans, documents and the links to share.

Open your first tour

1. Open the email from your photographer announcing the new tour and click the link.

2. If you do not have an account yet, click Sign up and register with the same email address the notification was sent to. Set a password and fill in your name and phone.

3. Sign in. Your tours appear on the dashboard — open one to see the media and share links.

Caution

Your account email must match the email your photographer put on your profile. If you sign up with a different address, your tours will not show up. Signed up already and see nothing? Check the address with your photographer — see the FAQ.

What you get for each tour

• Branded tour — the full property page with your name, photo and brokerage. Share it with buyers and on social media.
• Unbranded tour — the same page without any branding or contact details, for MLS listings.
• Media Center — download the photos in the sizes you need, plus videos, floor plans and any attachments.

Your photographer may ask for payment before the tour or the downloads open up. If a page says it is locked, settle the invoice and it unlocks.
