Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance for pay-per-use features that are not part of your subscription. Your balance and history live under Account → Credits.
Check your balance
Section titled “Check your balance”Click your avatar in the top-right corner, choose Account, then open the Credits tab. You see your Current balance and a Transaction History table with the date, type, amount and the balance after each purchase or charge.
Buy credits
Section titled “Buy credits”-
Go to Account → Credits.

Under Amount, pick a credit pack. The price of each pack and the Total are shown right there.

Click Purchase Credits. You are redirected to a secure checkout page.

Complete the payment. You return to Account → Credits with the new balance and a Credits purchased successfully! message. Cancelling the checkout brings you back with no charge.
What credits pay for

- Video Slideshow — pick a layout, choose the photos and click Generate. The charge is per tour, not per regeneration.
- AI Videos — pick 15–20 photos, add optional effects and transitions and click Generate. A failed generation is not charged. See AI Videos.
- Virtual Staging — remove or add furniture on a photo with AI. Generating and regenerating is free; you are charged only for each result you keep with Save to Photos.
- Custom domain — the credit covers linking the domain to the tour. The domain itself must be bought separately (for example at GoDaddy).
- New tour — only applies to custom per-tour billing plans. Monthly plans include a number of new tours; see Account → Subscription.
Other AI features — the AI Marketing Kit and Generate description with AI — do not use credits.
The current cost of each feature is always shown in its dialog before you confirm.
Not enough credits?
Section titled “Not enough credits?”Every paid action shows the cost and your current balance before it runs. If the balance is too low you see Not enough credits with a Purchase credits button that opens Account → Credits in a new tab. Top up, come back and retry — nothing is charged for the failed attempt.
