Order Settings
Company Settings → Order Settings holds the rules every order follows. Set these up before you create products and packages, because pricing depends on them.
Each card has its own Save Order Settings button.
Units Configuration
Section titled “Units Configuration”- Measurement Units — imperial or metric, used for property size.
- Currency — used for all prices and invoices.
- Distance Units — used for travel fee calculations.
- Display prices with tax included — whether Agents see prices with or without tax.
Property Size Ranges
Section titled “Property Size Ranges”Size brackets used for pricing and categorising properties. Each range has a Min Size and Max Size; the last range is open-ended. Ranges must be in ascending order and must not overlap. Click Add Range to add one.
Custom Order Status
Section titled “Custom Order Status”Add your own order statuses on top of the default ones (New, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled). Each status has a label and a colour. Click See default statuses to review the built-in ones.
Order Cancellation
Section titled “Order Cancellation”Turn on Enable Cancellation to let orders be cancelled, then set:
- Cancellation Notice — how many hours before the appointment a cancellation still counts as free.
- Cancellation Fee — amount charged when cancelled inside the notice period. Without a connected payment method the fee is recorded as a cash payment.
- Cancellation Message — text shown to the customer when they cancel.
Skill-Based Booking
Section titled “Skill-Based Booking”Turn on Enable Skill-Based Booking to match appointments to Team Members by the services they provide and their availability. Each Team Member can then be assigned to one calendar only. Set the Timezone used to calculate available slots.
With skill-based booking on, the Order Form and the manual order page ask you to Choose Service Providers instead of picking a calendar — see Orders.
