Products
A product is a single service an agent can order: a photo shoot, a video, a drone session, a 3D tour. Products appear on your Order Form and can be bundled into packages. Manage them under Company Settings → Products.
Categories
Section titled “Categories”Every product belongs to a category, and the Order Form groups products by category. Manage them under Products → Categories: give each a name and an icon, and drag them to set the order they appear in on the Order Form.
Add a product
Section titled “Add a product”-
Go to Products and click Add Product.

Enter the Product Name and pick a Category (or click Add Category). Add an optional Description — Matterport, YouTube or Vimeo links pasted here are embedded.

Media — upload a Main Photo, and optionally a Gallery and a Video, shown on the Order Form.

Intake Questions — questions the agent answers when booking this product. See Intake questions.

Settings — Apply Tax, Requires On-Site Resource (a Team Member must be present at the property) and Task Duration (how long the service takes; used for scheduling).

Exclude Products & Packages — items that cannot be in the same cart as this product.

Pricing — choose a pricing method and enter the price(s). See Pricing methods.

Suggested Upsell Products — products suggested to the agent alongside this one.

Assigned Team Members — who can deliver this service.

Click Create Product.
Pricing methods
Section titled “Pricing methods”| Method | How it prices |
|---|---|
| Flat Fee | One price. |
| Square Footage | A price per property size range. Ranges come from Order Settings. |
| Dropdown | Several named options the agent picks from, each with its own price. Click Add Option to add them. |
| Quantity-Based Pricing | Different unit prices for different quantity ranges. Click Add Tier to add them. |
Maximum Quantity caps how many of this product one order can contain.
Intake questions
Section titled “Intake questions”Each question has a Question Type — a text input, a longer textarea, a select list, a checkbox or a file upload — and can be marked Required. Text inputs also take an Input Type (text, email, phone, number or URL) for validation. Answers show up in the order details.
Managing products
Section titled “Managing products”The product list shows photo, name, category, pricing method and price. Use Columns to show or hide columns and the ⋯ menu on a row to edit or remove a product.
